The names of some 500 Bournemouth men who fell in the Great War can be found listed in the Town Hall’s Book of Remembrance. Sadly, a greater number than that are currently missing from the Book ... Local historian Jenny Young has researched those missing names, and has been able to compile a comprehensive list of 1100 names of people with direct Bournemouth connections, who fell during the 4 long years of that dreadful conflict. Jenny has published the results of her research in the booklet Bournemouth Remembers  1914-1918 and you can download a searchable PDF version of that volume by clicking on the cover image at the right of this page.
